MAC Cremeshene and Pearl Lipstick - Sunny Seoul

Hello Everyone,

As you may already know a few weeks ago MAC released a collection of lipsticks in the finish Cremesheen and Pearl.  New...Yes, Limited Edition...No so don't go into a mass panic, I have noticed while writing this post that a few of the shades are 'Out Of Stock' on the MAC website, but have no fear they are permanant.

The blurb from MAC
A shimmering twist on an instant classic - Cremesheen Lipstick and Cremesheen Glass get infused with crushed pearl. Rich new colours with creamy texture and an advanced complex that locks in moisture and conditions. Light reflecting pearls add a high-shine shimmering finish.

I went to MAC the day these came out and restrained myself extremely well and walked away with just one shade - Sunny Seoul.

The lipstick is in the traditional Mac tube and as normal is priced at £14.00.

The colour itself is a gorgeous coral pink.  A really pretty everyday, easy to wear colour that would suit most skin tones.

The application is really easy.  The lipstick is super soft and glides on like a dream.  I have loved wearing this lipstick.  The finish is a little sheer so if you want the colour to pop a bit more then you will need to apply a few coats but as the colour is so pretty I really didn't mind.

The lipstick smells amazing, a very sweet, vanilla-esque scent, you would love it if you love sweet smelling lipsticks.  Whilst on the lips the lipstick is gorgeous.  Its a super moisterising lipstick and leaves your lips feeling soft and looked after.

The wear time wasn't amazing.  The true colour after application probably only lasts for about an hour and after two and a half hours tops your lips are left lipstick free.  This really is the only negative about this lipstick and it probably doesn't last a long time because of the finish, it is very glossy.  Overall I truly loved this lipstick, the colour, the formulation, the finish and the scent.  I will definatley repurchase this and can't wait to try more shades from this collection.

Thanks for reading.
